Jo Wise trained as a chiropractor after a BSc in sports science. After working with many clients who had chronic health issues, she trained in naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine based in London and also completed the Institute of Functional Medicine's AFMCP program.
Before her chiropractic and nutrition career, Jo was an Olympic athlete and fitness instructor, going on to work full-time as an olympic athletes' lifestyle counsellor.
With such a great mix of tools in her box, Jo is passionate about providing nutritional and lifestyle support to promote health and well being. Throughout the years her focus has remained consistent; helping people find their 'why' to improve their health and working on getting clients' bodies back into balance through chiropractic, nutritional and lifestyle counselling. We only get one body. We need to look after it.
